      I got a medium bottom and a large top. For reference I am a 32DD and I have a 27" waist. I usually wear smalls in bikini bottoms but I sized up just incase and I'm glad I did just so I didn't have any fear of anything slipping out LOL. I probably could've gone with a medium top as well; the top is slightly on the more full coverage side for me but since it's string/adjustable you can flip it around and adjust it so it shows the girls more.
      I haven't worn it in the water yet but I'm not worried about it at all
