Coachella Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Strawberry Milk Mob Global AG, located in Liechtenstein (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Coachella Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on March 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT (the “Giveaway Period”).

All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

A. Social Media Entry

Participants may enter by completing the following:

  • Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram accounts

  • Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one (1) entry)

  • Share the post to your Instagram Story (optional bonus entry)

B. Purchase Entry (Bonus Entries)

Participants will receive ten (10) bonus entries per order placed on the Sponsor’s website during the Giveaway Period.

C. Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may send an email to:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Subject line: “Coachella Giveaway Entry”

Each valid email submission counts as one (1) entry, limited to one (1) free entry per person per day.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to limit, void, or disqualify excessive, automated, or fraudulent entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival tickets (Weekend 1, all 3 days)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000 USD

Prize Exclusions:

  • Transportation (flights) not included

  • Accommodation (hotel) not included

  • Food, travel, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be contacted via:

  • Instagram Direct Message (DM) and/or

  • Email

The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement

In accordance with Canadian law, if the selected winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to claim the prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules

  • Allow Sponsor to use their name and social media handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Giveaway

  • Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or reporting requirements associated with receiving the prize.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
