As soon as I saw this dress I had to have it. Gives such casual luxury dress. You can wear as a cover up or even going out paired with nice kitten heels. I love the bubble effect because it’s not tight around my stomach. True to size. It’s not short at all i just hiked it up a bit so it could tie around the bottom of my butt , to give a bubble effect, but you can wear it lower for sure..
